This is possibly Lorenza Schembri, also known as Laura Schembri. The photo might have been taken for her 40th birthday in 1927. Her maiden name was Bartolo. The fashion is late 1920s. Note the photographer’s lamp in the left hand side of the photo. Her husband Frank John Schembri and her owned a corner shop on the corner of Hart and Russell St Glanville. The shop was called the White Ensign Store and sold small goods, fruit and confectionery.
