COLLECTION SUMMARYThe Migration Museum works towards the preservation, understanding and enjoyment of South Australia’s diverse cultures. It is a place to discover the many identities of the people of South Australia through the stories of individuals and communities. DESCRIPTIONThe Migration Museum has a number of defined collection areas including items relating to migration stories, cultural heritage, and the history of the current site of the Migration Museum. Physically, a large proportion of the collection is made up of textiles and documents.
