ProvenanceThe MV ‘Manoora’ was owned by the Adelaide Steamship Company and used for coastal trips from Cairns to Fremantle from 1935 to 1939. During World War II the ‘Manoora’ was requisitioned by the Royal Australian Navy. In 1947 the ship was returned to the Adelaide Steamship Company and resumed coastal service in 1949.
